Specifically, I require the following data for every named street:
1.Official Street Name (English & Chinese)
2.Gazettal Date
3.Government Notice (GN) Number

Dear Mr. LEE,
Please find the attached file (as at 30 June 2026) containing the
requested information of the streets. The latest available gazette record
for each existing street is provided. As some existing street names had
been in long-standing before Lands Department took up the street naming
duties in the New Territories since 1988 and in the urban area since 2000,
certain gazette records are not available within this Department and those
streets are not included in the attached file.

Dear Map Information Section,
Thank you very much for your prompt response and for providing the list of existing streets as of 30 June 2026. The dataset is very helpful.
To further my research, I would like to request a follow-up dataset regarding the full historical gazettal records currently maintained by your department.
Specifically, I would appreciate it if you could provide a comprehensive list (preferably in Excel or CSV format) that includes all historical gazettal records for both existing and past streets. This would ideally cover:
1. Initial naming declarations
2. Amendments (e.g., changes to street descriptions or extents)
3. Renaming records
4. Deletions of street names (for streets that no longer exist or have been renamed)
I completely understand that records prior to 1988 for the New Territories and prior to 2000 for urban areas may be limited or unavailable within the Lands Department. Please feel free to omit any historical records that are not within your department's possession.
