Dear Environmental Protection Department,

Under the Code on Access to Information, I would like to request access to the following information:

The spatial boundary data of the 10 Water Control Zones in Hong Kong, preferably in digital vector format (such as ESRI Shapefile, GeoJSON, or dwg).
In particular, I am interested in obtaining the boundaries of the Victoria Harbour Water Control Zone, including Phase One, Phase Two, and Phase Three, as designated under the Water Pollution Control Ordinance.
