1. Please provide the total amount EPD paid to external social-media, public-relations or digital-marketing agencies for Big Waster in each of the last three financial years (2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26 to date).
2. For each of those years, please break that amount down into (a) operation, content-creation and administrative fees for the official Big Waster Facebook page and Instagram account, and (b) media execution, ad-boosting and campaign-management fees for promotional events featuring Big Waster.
3. If these records are held across more than one sub-account or agency contract, please provide the aggregated total, or an itemised annual breakdown for each.

Question 1:
Please provide the total amount EPD paid to external social-media,
public-relations or digital-marketing agencies for Big Waster in each of
the last three financial years (2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26 to date).
Reply 1:
The expenditures incurred for managing the Big Waster’s Facebook and
Instagram pages of the last three financial years are as follows:
FY 2023/24 FY 2024/25 FY 2025/26
1.24 million dollars 1.26 million dollars 1.06 million dollars
Question 2:
For each of those years, please break that amount down into (a) operation,
content-creation and administrative fees for the official Big Waster
Facebook page and Instagram account, and (b) media execution, ad-boosting
and campaign-management fees for promotional events featuring Big Waster.
Reply 2:
The relevant costs for the Big Waster’s pages are included in the
expenditure as shown in item 1 above and EPD does not maintain a separate
breakdown of the concerned costs.
Question 3:
