Dear CM

Thank you for your email dated 16.7.2025.

Regarding your request for the shapefile of the 454 planning data zones
(PDZs), a DVD containing the requested file could be made available for
your collection at our Planning Enquiry Counter for the use as stated in
your email and your personal use only. The address and opening hours of
the Planning Enquiry Counter are as follows:

Planning Enquiry Counter (North Point)

Address: 17/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North
Point

 
Opening Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm  (Monday to Thursday)

9:00 am - 6:00 pm  (Friday)

Please let us know your intended date and time of collection for our
further arrangement.

Please also be advised that the PDZs system has been replaced by the
zoning system of Tertiary Planning Units (TPUs) to demarcate the latest
version of Territorial Population and Employment Data Matrix compiled by
the Planning Department (i.e. the 2021-based TPDEM).  The GIS data of the
TPUs boundaries is available on:
