UBW in Laguna City
Dear 屋宇署,
I lodged a complain about the unauthorised buildings works in Laguna City in April 2011 and the file reference is EB/4120/88/S12. At that time, you issued a few removal orders and agreed to take actions in stages. However, 8 years have lapsed, some of the UBW still exist. I would like to know:
(1) how many UBW you have identified in Laguna City
(2) how many removal orders you have issued
(3) how many removal orders that have been complied with
(4) how many removal orders that have not been complied with
(5) how many removal orders that have not been complied with and you have taken or taking court prosecution
(6) how many UBW still exist in Laguna City
